KX Super F – Fluororubber Compensating Lead Wire for Bending Resistance

KX Super F consists of KX (nickel, chromium alloy and nickel alloy), which complies with JIS C 1610. Because it has excellent flexibility and bend resistance, it’s recommended for use in wiring the moving parts of robots and injection-molding machines.
Fluororubber is highly resistant to cold, heat, chemicals and oil.

Specifications

Conductor Consists of KX (nickel, chromium alloy and nickel alloy) that complies with JIS C 1610.
Insulator and Sheath Insulator: Fluororesin (FEP)
Sheath: Fluororubber (highly resistant to cold, heat, chemicals and oil.)
Color Discrimination: (+) = red; (−) = white; sheath = blue (JIS Classification 2)。
Twisted pair By twisting a pair of insulator-coated Extension and Compensating Cables for Thermocouples, the bend resistance is greater than the flat type.
Max. operating temperature 200℃
