We provide flat duplex insulated thermocouple wire consisting of a pair of conductors individually fluorine-resin insulated, and then fluorine-resin sheathed. Fluorine resins are an ideal insulating material because they exhibit excellent properties in all aspects, including electrical characteristics and resistance to heat, cold, oil, and chemicals.
Fluorine resins that can be used as an insulation and sheath are FEP (6F) and PFA.

For PFA insulated wire, the character string “6F” in the above table should be replaced with PFA.
If required, 0.32-mm or thicker wire can be optionally shielded (to eliminate electrostatic induction interference) and/or protectively braided (to protect the wire surface from damage).

Protective braid type: SOS – Protective stainless-wire braid OS – Protective tinned-annealed-copper-wire braid
