KPGB is a heat-resistant wire, the conductors of which are made of nickel wire that is highly resistant to heat as well as corrosion and wrapped in polyimide tape coated with glass fiber. A silicone coating, which excels in insulating characteristics, is applied to the insulation of KPGB. The polyimide tape which wraps around the conductor makes KPGB superior in insulating characteristics to NI-GB. KPGB is manufactured according to the NINOMIYA Standards.

Applications

KPGB is used for applications such as the lead wire in an electric heater, which must be highly resistant to heat as well as corrosion, and wire in high-temperature equipment.
