Super Ultrathin Series: Duplex Insulated Thermocouple Wire
We provide flat duplex insulated thermocouple wire consisting of a pair of conductors individually insulated with PFA, a fluorine resin, and then sheathed with PFA. Fluorine resins are ideal insulating materials because they exhibit excellent properties in all aspects, including electrical characteristics and resistance to heat, cold, oil, and chemicals.

特徴
- The very thin coating of fluorine resin used as an insulator and sheath provides excellent flexibility and a very precise standard overall diameters.
- With a low heat capacity, this wire exhibits excellent thermal responsiveness.
- Fluorine resin (PFA) used as the insulation and sheath provides high resistance to heat (-200℃ to +260℃) and chemicals.
* Although the wires shown in the photograph above are end treated, our standard wires are not end treated. At your request, we perform end treatment, molding, and terminal treatment.
