Polyimide coating, which is brownish-red and excels in insulating characteristics, is applied to the insulation of TN430. TN430 is manufactured according to the NINOMIYA Standards.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hasimgs\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-215\" src=\"https:\/\/ninomiya-ew.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hrw_tn430_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"260\" height=\"106\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-216\" src=\"https:\/\/ninomiya-ew.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hrw_tn430_02.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"260\" height=\"106\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>Features of nickel-clad-copper-conductor wire<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The conductor resistance of nickel-clad-copper-conductor wire is about a quarter (1\/4) of that of nickel-conductor wire; therefore the former can be thinner in diameter and lighter than the latter while the allowable current value of the former is the same as that of the latter.<\/li>\n<li>Since nickel-clad-copper-conductor wire is more flexible than nickel-conductor wire, it can be easily processed and routed.<\/li>\n<li>The nickel plate is 20 to 30 times as thick as conventional nickel plate (1 to 5\u03bcm). Note that the area ratio between nickel and copper is about 28:72.<\/li>\n<li>Since the surface of nickel-clad-copper-conductor wire is nickel, it is more corrosion-resistant than copper wire.<\/li>\n<li>Its electric conductivity changes over time in high temperature use.
